MamuD

Die vierköpfige Band gründete sich Mitte des Jahres 2005. Die Mitglieder der Combo sind allerdings keine unbeschriebenen Blätter, sondern formierten sich aus Überbleibseln diverser anderer Bands und sind ebenfalls aktiv in weiteren Bands vertreten.
Spricht man vom MAMUD so fallen häufig Namen wie Incubus, Deftones, Life oder System of a Down und diese großartigen Bands kann man ohne Zweifel als Anhaltspunkt nehmen um dem Soundmix einen Namen zu geben.
Im Sound des MAMUDs vereinigen sich offensichtliche Einflüsse zu einer sehr einprägsamen und dennoch verspielt-einfallsreichen Mixtur. Egal ob melodiös-melancholische Passagen oder tief-schiebende groovige Riffs lässt sich der Musikstil dennoch nicht einer eindeutigen Schublade zuordnen. Sämtliche Stilistiken aus Rock, Pop sowie härteren Nu-Metal Gefilden verschmelzen zu einer groovig-rockigen Mischung.

The band was founded in the middle of the year 2005. The members of the Combo are however no blank sheets the band was formed from leftovers of other different projects and they also are active in other bands. If you try to describe the sound of the MAMUD, names as Incubus, Deftones, Life or system of a down will be announced and this great volumes can be used as reference points to give the sound-mix a name.
In the sound of the MAMUD obvious influences unite to one creative playful and imaginative mixture. Sometimes melodic, sometimes melancholic or sometimes low-pushing and groovy riffs with very clean vocals on it. All different styles like rock, pop on to harder Nu-Metal are fit together to a groovy-melodical and also rockin´ mixture.
