Mit einer Mischung aus kickenden Bass-Grooves und Gitarrenriffs à la
Jimi Hendrix versprühen die Musiker von Big Deal eine Power, die an die
legendären Gruppen der Sixties erinnert. Auch das Outfit mit weißen
Hemden, schwarzen Sakkos und ins Gesicht fallenden Haaren
ruft optische Assoziationen mit den Beatles und Kombattanten hervor.
Rock \'n\' Roll ist unsterblich und keinesfalls von gestern! Von ihren
Alterskammeraden zu Anfang ein wenig belächelt, sind sie mittlerweile
kein unbeschriebenes Blatt mehr und haben den Bluesrock wieder

der Musiker schon lange tot waren, als die Fünf in der Mitte der 80er Jahre
das Licht der Welt erblickten. Live bestechen Big Deal durch ein beachtliches
Komplettpaket: totaler Bühneneinsatz, lockere Interaktion mit dem Publikum
und einem erfrischenden Sound. Aus Gitarristen werden Pyramiden gebaut,
die Gitarre hinter dem Kopf gespielt oder ganz keck die Zunge rausgestreckt.
